3. What are cookies?

7. Legal Basis and Consent
7.1. Strictly necessary cookies: its storage and use are based on legitimate interest by DataRoad in ensuring the technical operation of the Website, as provided for in Article 5(3), second part, of Directive 2002/58/EC (transposed by Law No. 41/2004). They do not require prior consent.
7.2. Remaining cookies (functional, analytical, marketing): your storage and use depend on prior, free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent of the user, manifested through the consent banner displayed upon first accessing the Website.
7.3. In accordance with the guidelines of CNPD, the site's consent banner:
