We always start with a survey: which areas need coverage, which points are critical, what lighting exists and where the blind spots are. Only then do we size the system — indoor and outdoor cameras, an NVR recorder with appropriate retention, dedicated cabling and PoE power. We install professional equipment from leading brands, not domestic cameras that look like a proper solution.

GDPR and CNPD compliance included. Business CCTV in Portugal requires specific rules: visible signage, angles that do not capture public roads or rest areas, limited retention periods, a log of who accesses the images, and informing employees. We handle this during the project, not after the fine — and we deliver the compliance dossier along with the system.

After installation, the system remains under our maintenance: periodic checking of cameras and recording, firmware updates, fault alarms and rapid replacement of faulty equipment. A camera that stopped recording three weeks ago is exactly the same as having no camera.
